In this day and age, we are not writing with a pen or paper. Writing is an exercise not done with our hands and fingers but with our brain. A thought is transmitted by our brain. It is the brain which orders are muscles tendons hands fingers to write through electrical impulses, therefore it is not Handwriting but can easily be called brainwriting. Scientific results show that brain in adults and in children is much more active when writing with hand rather than typing. The use of pen and paper help in forming stronger memories as the activity with fingers opens up neural pathways which enhances the capacity of the brain. The electric impulses produced by the brain during the process of writing gives the brain more hooks to hang on to memories.
